Just In: 24 Ministers Resign From AP Cabinet

As anticipated all the 24 ministers in AP cabinet have tendered their resignation. Before that the cabinet meeting was held under the chairmanship of CM Jagan and they discussed the cabinet reshuffle.

In the cabinet meeting, CM Jagan made noteworthy comments on TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu. “The next general elections are very crucial and if TDP loses, there will be no political future for Chandrababu. I will use all your (ex-ministers’) experience for the party from now on. It is your responsibility to ensure the defeat of TDP and Chandrababu,” said Jagan.

Then all the ministers handed over their resignation letters to CM Jagan and every minister left in their own vehicle.

Post the cabinet meeting, Kodali Nani’s comments raked up a huge debate in YCP. “CM Jagan said he would continue five ministers from the current cabinet. A combination of experienced and freshers will be a balanced cabinet,” said Kodali.

However Kodali did not disclose who are the five ministers but he made it clear that he is not among the five and there are less chances of him getting retained in the new cabinet.

Shortly after Kodali’s comments, ministers Kanna Babu, Avanti Srinivas, Thaneti Vanitha met in minister Botsa’s chamber and they discussed the latest developments in the government and within the party.
