Minister and YSRCP leader Kodali Nani, who is also a close friend of film actor Jr NTR, has made some interesting comments against Telugu Desam Party. Nani stated that TDP’s expiry date is over and the party is no longer a force.
Kodali Nani said TDP is already zero in Telangana and the party can’t even give a fight in Andhra. He said that TDP lost the people’s trust in AP. Nani added that there is no way the party can revive.
He said the party will be done and dusted soon. Interestingly Kodali Nani remarked, “Even Jr NTR can’t save TDP that is going to sink soon.” He said TDP is a gone case and it can’t take on YSRCP. Nani said that TDP has no future in AP.
Kodali Nani recalled when he was in TDP the party and its chief Chandrababu had used Hari Krishna and kept him aside after defeat in 2009. He also said it saddened him that Jr NTR was used by TDP and later kept aside.
Nani said these have made him understand that even his own survival in the party is at stake in TDP and made him join YSR Congress Party. Kodali Nani also recalled how late Dr YSR, when he was the CM, had allocated funds to his constituency although he was in opposition TDP then. He said both Dr YSR and YS Jagan have been supportive to him.
Nani said he was in opposition in YSRCP between 2014 and 2019 and YS Jagan gave a lot of importance to him in the party. He said Jagan made him minister in his cabinet after the party came to power. Nani said he will not leave Jagan and YSRCP in his lifetime. He said he will travel with Jagan till his last breath come what may.
Kodali Nani’s comments on TDP and Jr NTR has become a hot topic in TDP circles and NTR’s fans.
