The other day Andhra BJP affairs co-incharge Sunil Deodhar clarified that their party’s alliance with Jana Sena is very much intact but the reunion with Telugu Desam is highly unlikely. “We have had bad experiences with TDP in the past and so there are less chances of reuniting with them,” said Sunil Deodhar.

Before that Jana Sena chief Pawan expressed his displeasure with BJP which is not putting up a fight against the Jagan sarkar. Later with Pawan meeting Chandrababu, Sunil Deodhar tried to cool down Pawan’s anguish.

Sunil’s statements indirectly sent a message to Andhra BJP leaders that they need not look at the TDP but should work with Jana Sena against the YCP government. There are mixed reactions within the AP-BJP leaders on Sunil Deodhar’s comments.

But a BJP leader wants this triangle love tale of BJP, TDP and Jana Sena and he is former MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju. He added that the three parties should reunite to defeat YCP. “In order to defeat the undemocratic YCP government, it’s time for the three parties to make use of the anti-incumbency. These are not my words but nearly 90 percent of the people in Andhra have this opinion,” said Vishnu Kumar Raju.

On alliances the ex-MLA from Vizag North constituency commented that the BJP high command will take a call on it. “BJP national leadership will decide the alliances and it is the duty of the state unit to implement it. Sunil Deodhar should know the mood of the people and accordingly political equations should change. Any political party should keep their personal agenda aside as per the current political situation and work with other parties to bring down the ruling party that is not working as per the aspirations of the public,” added Vishnu Kumar.

Vishnu was clear in his statements that the Andhra BJP should reunite and work with TDP and Jana Sena. But is the BJP high command ready to listen to its leaders?
