TRS MLC and CM KCR’s daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha has come down heavily on BJP MP Dharmapuri Aravind. Asking him to control his tongue and actions, Kavitha warned him that she would beat him with chappals at Nizamabad chowrastha. Kavitha said she would never resort to personal comments or derogatory statements on any individuals.
Kavitha alleged that BJP MP Aravind is spreading false propaganda against her. She said many are spreading fake propaganda against her that she is joining Congress. Kavitha said she was born in Telangana and brought up in the Telangana culture. She said she remains with the TRS. She asked Aravind to mend his ways of personal attack.
Kavitha said she made these comments with a lot of pain. She asked the people to forgive her if her remarks hurt anyone. Kavitha, however, said BJP MP Aravind failed to deliver his promise on getting setup of the Turmeric Board in Telangana. Kavitha alleged that she would file a complaint against Aravind for cheating the people. She said the Turmeric farmers are feeling cheated by Aravind.
Talking about Aravind’s performance, Kavitha said Aravind had posed only 60 questions in the Parliament in the last 3.5 years. She said Aravind’s personal behaviour and performance as MP was underwhelming. Kavitha challenged that she would contest against Aravind wherever he contests in the state and defeat him. Kavitha and Aravind’s political rivalry and war of words seem to have intensified.
