After making waves across the nation with the launch of his national party, BRS, Telangana CM and TRS chief KCR is said to be in plans to pull off yet another major surprise, and that too in his rival state of Andhra Pradesh. Apparently, KCR is planning to kick-start BRS’ journey from Anantapur district in AP.
Even though TRS officials are yet to make a formal announcement, the latest buzz in political circles reveals that KCR is planning a massive public meeting in Anantapur very soon to seek Andhra people’s blessings for his national politics ambition. There’s a reason behind KCR choosing Anantapur for BRS’ maiden step.
It’s well known that KCR started off his political journey in NT Ramarao’s TDP. He once worked as Anantapur district TDP in-charge and still maintains cordial relationship with the local leaders. KCR is said to be determined to mobilize at least one lakh people to his Anantapur meeting, which will also mark his first ever public meeting in Andhra Pradesh.
With this mega public meeting in AP, KCR seems to be on a mission to win the hearts of all the Telugu people first, followed by a series of meetings in the neighbouring Southern states of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and then North Indian states like UP, Bihar, New Delhi, Punjab and Maharastra. TRS think-tank is currently chalking out a mega tour plan for KCR in his mission to defeat Modi and ensure a BJP mukt Bharat.
