Here Is Clarity On BRS MLA Meeting Ganta & JD

The Telugu states politics erupted with speculations post BRS MLA Vivekananda Goud meeting TDP MLA from Vizag North constituency Ganta Srinivasa Rao and ex-CBI Joint Director VV Lakshmi Narayana. Media reports stated that BRS MLA invited Ganta into BRS and speculations were also rife that Lakshmi Narayana would also join BRS soon.

Ganta acknowledged meeting the BRS MLA but denied holding talks on politics. “We both met at a wedding of a mutual friend. It was purely personal and nothing significant. As we met, we clicked a few pictures,” said Ganta to his closed sources.

It can be noted that Ganta is upset with TDP leadership and there were reports that he would join YCP. Nothing as such happened and recently he met TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh before commencing the Yuva Galam Paadayatra. Ganta explained to Lokesh that due to personal reasons, he remained inactive and would play an active role hereafter.

After meeting BRS MLA, Ganta made it clear that he would stick to Telugu Desam and continue the association with the party. Despite this clarification, the political circles are not ready to believe even after hours of trying to open up speculations because there are suspicions against him in his own party TDP.
