Another leader Dissent in YCP is not from the senior leaders alone. There are many other party leaders who are not happy with the ruling party.
A YCP leader from Pedakurapadu constituency, Sheik Meeravali was all praises for Opposition leader and TDP boss N. Chandrababu Naidu.
“Chandrababu Naidu is a gentleman who made sacrifices for the state. He never wastes money on chartered flights. He is the architect of Cyberabad,” the YCP leader said.
He was travelling with Naidu from Hyderabad on an Indigo flight sitting beside him and asserted that Andhra Pradesh was more important for him rather than the YCP. “We want Amaravati as the capital for which Naidu has done a lot. He will be the next CM. Jai Chandrababu Naidu… Jai Amaravati.”
Further, he said that Chandrababu Naidu was a man with broad thinking as he had allowed a YCP leader travel sitting beside him. “The state needs such persons. Keep politics aside and think about the state,” he told all those watching the video.
These statements by a YCP leader made Naidu happy and it was visible on his face. The support for the TDP is increasing by the day. While Lokesh is striving to improve the prospects of the TDP by establishing the connect with the people through his walkathon, Naidu is attracting the youth through his amicable demeanor and speeches exposing the corruption and the brashness of the ruling party leaders.
