Biggest Scam In The History Of AP: CM Jagan

AP CM YS Jagan made a statement for the first time on the skill development scam that is being probed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Calling it a biggest scam in the history of AP, CM Jagan added that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and co looted the public money.

“Rs 371 crore money was looted in the name of skill development. The money was routed through shell companies in various ways and then the money was brought back to Chandrababu. This is a crime committed by an expert criminal. All the investigating agencies are investigating this case. Chandrababu had already planned how to escape from this case if any probe agency calls him for questioning. Chandrababu acted with great vision in doing this scam,” stated Jagan in the Assembly.

Jagan explained that this scam emerged within two months of Chandrababu assuming the office in 2014 and it’s the students who are ultimate victims in this scam. Jagan also dragged the media that is against his YCP party and government.

“When this agreement was made, the prot-TDP media reported that the private firm would pay Rs 3000 crore to the state government. Is this ever possible? When the scam got exposed, the media went silent and even the Dattha Putrudu (indirectly mentioning Pawan) also did not utter a word,” said Jagan.

Explaining how the scam was exposed, Jagan added that the service tax was evaded and the GST officials have entered the scene. “A couple of complaints were lodged against the skill development scam during the TDP regime but they ignored all these things. The prime accused in this scam is Chandrababu and even Siemens company had done an internal probe into the scam,” said CM Jagan.
