Opposition TDP has unveiled an all-round attack on CM Jagan and his administration. As 2024 elections are fast approaching and there are strong speculations that Jagan may go for early polls, TDP has intensified its attack both offline and online.
TDP’s social media team is going at full throttle in cornering CM Jagan and his team. The latest is that CM Jagan’s chappals cost has become a talking point online. Netizens found CM Jagan’s chappals brand as Berluti sandals, a popular Italian fashion brand owned by LVMH. The cost of CM Jagan’s sandlas is estimated as 6153 Saudi Riyals i.e over 1.35 Lakh Indian currency.
The pics of CM Jagan’s sandals are widely shared online with memes and trolls. Some are even linking this to YCP’s previous trolls on Chandrababu drinking packaged Himalayan water bottles and giving strong counters.
“Chandrababu drinks Rs 60 Himalayan water bottles is widely criticised by YSRCP party leaders. Whereas CM Jagan who takes 1 Rs salary is using costly 1.35 lakh sandals,” commented a TDP social media activist online. As Nara Lokesh completed 100 days of his Yuva Galam padayatra, TDP leaders and party workers are in high-energy and escalated their verbal attack on YCP government and netas.
Enthusiastic TDP cadre on social media should double check the fact before trolling the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. And is everyone’s personal choice what to wear, better the criticism should be stick political but not personally.
