Attack Jagan: Chinnamma Is On Full Swing!

AP BJP president D. Purandeswari (also known as Chinnamma) lambasted Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy for misgovernance in the state. Right from painting government offices with the YCP colours to distribution of funds and the huge amount of loans being drawn, Chinnamma listed out all the shoddy decisions being taken by him, which she said pushed the state into dire straits.

Addressing the party leaders at a meeting in Vijayawada on Sunday, she continued her diatribe against Jagan. She urged all the party leaders to cooperate with her as she can never succeed without their support. Everybody should get involved in the party’s activities to strengthen it in the state, she said.

Stating that the Assembly elections were just six months away, she called upon the party cadre to mingle with the people.
None of the sections in the society is happy with Jagan nor are they able to be at peace.

She asked the party leaders to explain to the people about the various promises made by Jagan and how they were being fulfilled with the help from the Centre. None of the sections of people are happy with Jagan’s governance. She fumed at th YCP government for drawing loans to the tune of Rs 10,00,000 crore and looting people in the name of liquor and mining mafia.

Purandeswari flayed Jagan for not being able to bring the culprits behind the rape of a Dalit woman, within the vicinity of the CM’s residence. She also expressed concern about the law and order situation in the state. She said that the volunteers’ jobs were not permanent and that Jagan cheated upon the volunteers.

The AP state unit chief fumed at the CM for neglecting development in the last four years of the YCP rule. “Not even one factory was established under the YCP rule,” she said, adding that the CM only made matters worse as a few industries were shut down in the state.

Witnessing the troubles cropping up due to the change in policy decisions, a firm had changed its plans to invest in AP and gone to Coimbatore in neighbouring Tamil Nadu, she pointed out.

The Annamayya project in CM’s native district Kadapa had crumbled due to poor quality of construction by the sand mafia. The state government had diverted funds sanctioned towards the development of villages, she reminded.

Purandeswari criticized Jagan for mortgaging the interests of the state even while the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre continued to help the state in all possible ways.
