The whereabouts of AP Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy have sparked debate as he has been noticeably absent from the public eye. Even members of the YCP (Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party) are unaware of his current location. Known for his ability to address the media and his impressive oratory skills, Buggana’s absence has raised questions among the public.
Reliable sources suggest that the AP finance minister is currently stationed in Delhi, overseeing all financial matters. It is reported that he spends a significant portion of the month in the national capital, engaging with financial institutions to secure loans. Buggana is actively involved in negotiations with officials from the Union finance ministry, persuading them to grant additional funds.
Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh’s debts reportedly have reached a staggering amount of Rs 10 Lakh crore, leading to sharp criticism from opposition parties regarding the YCP government’s handling of finances. The media is also seeking an explanation from the government regarding this matter.
Rather than directly confronting the opposition and media, Buggana has chosen to maintain strategic silence and distance himself from public appearances. However, members of the YCP assert that he is not avoiding the media and will address the concerns surrounding AP’s debts in detail in the near future.
