Chandrababu’s quash petition postponed to Oct 3

The political drama in Andhra Pradesh remains fervent as legal battles unfold concerning the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu in the Skill Development Case. The case has now reached the Supreme Court and the Vijayawada ACB Court, sparking heated debates.

In the Supreme Court, the hearing on Chandrababu’s quash petition faced a postponement, slated to resume on October 3. Senior advocate Siddharth Luthra presented Chandrababu’s case before the Chief Justice of India (CJI) bench, emphasizing the alleged illegality of the arrest. Luthra also highlighted the matter of Justice NVS Bhatti not presiding over the Sanjeev Khanna bench, urging for a fair and just hearing.

Despite the delay, Luthra is putting forth diligent efforts, attempting to expedite the proceedings. He approached the CJI bench, aiming to secure a hearing for Chandrababu’s petition, even considering alternative benches if needed. The situation remains tense as the legal battle unfolds, awaiting the next developments.
