On Tuesday evening, Chandrababu Naidu was released from Rajamahendravaram Jail, where he had been held in connection with the skill development case. The High Court had granted him interim bail.
TDP leaders, activists, and fans celebrated his release in grand fashion. They thronged to the prison in large numbers to welcome their leader. The atmosphere was charged with excitement.
Nara Lokesh, Brahmani, Devansh, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Achchennaidu, Payyavula Keshav, Kambhampati Rammohan Rao, Eluri Sambasivarao, T.D. Janardhan, and others arrived at the jail to greet him.
Chandrababu Naidu had spent 53 days in jail. Supporters and fans came from across the state, including Telangana, to show their solidarity.
The enthusiastic TDP supporters and activists defied police barricades in their eagerness to see him. The vicinity of the jail echoed with slogans and chants of “Jai Chandrababu.”
