TDP supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu was granted interim bail with several conditions for four weeks till November 28 and asked to surrender the same day.
Following are the conditions:
1. Naidu was asked not to take part in any political activities during his bail period.
2. Not to influence any of the witnesses in the Skill Development Case
3. As the bail was granted on medical grounds, Naidu was asked to restrict his movement only to his house and hospital.
4. The court asked Naidu’s counsels to file a counter to the government’s petition that two DSPs should provide escort to Naidu.
5. The court also made it clear that it would not interfere into the Centre’s orders over providing Z+ security to Naidu.
