Choose Between Mission Bhageeratha And YS Sharmila’s Cash Bags: KCR

BRS chief and Telangana CM KCR has increased his dose of personal attack against political rivals. First, he took a jibe at Congress and said the state would lose 24 hours electricity if Congress comes to power. He said Congress would make Telangana state dark and only give 3 hours of electricity. He alleged that the Congress is anti-farmer and would remove the “Rythu Bandhu” scheme and also remove the Dharani website if it is voted to power.

Speaking at the Narsampet constituency public meeting, KCR asked the people to vote for BRS MLA candidate Peddi Sudarshan Reddy. He said YS Sharmila has developed a grudge against Sudarshan Reddy and sending cash bags to defeat the BRS candidate. Evoking the Telangana sentiment once again, KCR asked the local people to choose an option between Mission Bhageeratha drinking water versus YS Sharmila’s cash bags. He asked the people to opt between 24-hour electricity versus the antis.

It can be noted that as part of her Padayatra in Narsampet town in Warangal, YS Sharmila had made critical comments against the corruption of MLA. Subsequently, the MLA followers and BRS activists attacked Sharmila’s bus and set the bus ablaze after pouring flammable liquid.

CM KCR has now evoked this issue and tried to evoke the local sentiment. While Sharmila’s YSRTP is out of the elections and announced support to the Congress, upset KCR now brings her name into the picture. Sharmila is yet to respond to KCR’s comments.
