Ready To Become The CM: Bhatti Vikramarka

There is a popular joke on Telangana Congress that there are always 4-5 aspirants in the party for one single CM post. The party high command is now having to deal with this issue for the first time as it is voted to power in Telangana for the first time.

While Revanth Reddy is already the firm favorite to take the CM chair, Bhatti Vikramarka has now staked his claim.

Speaking with the media Bhatti said he is ready to take the CM post if the Congress high command wants him to. As a show of power, he addressed the media with another star leader, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy.

“All of our party MLAs will come together soon and discuss who should be the chief minister. The high command’s order is final in this case. Whatever the high command says, we will follow. If the high command picks me as the CM, I am up for the job.” Bhatti said.

Earlier, YS Sharmila, who supported Congress from the outside picked Bhatti as one of her favorites for the CM post. Now Bhatti himself has staked his claim at the CM post. Now that the Congress has crossed the magic number, there is a lot of curiosity about who will be handed over the CM post by the high command.
