Finally, Kodi Kathi Srinu Gets Bail

Janupalli Srinivasa Rao, more famous as Kodi Kathi Srinu has finally secured bail after rotting in jail for 5 years in a case related to the attack on YS Jagan at the Vizag airport.

The High Court of Andhra Pradesh granted bail to Srinivas in the case and regulated him not to speak about the facts of the case in front of the media. He is ordered not to partake in rallies and public gatherings as a part of the conditional bail.

Srinu and his mother are taking part in an indefinite hunger strike to secure bail and their efforts paid off with the High Court granting the accused Srinu a conditional bail.

Srinu applied for bail 7 times in the past but all of them were rejected by the respective courts, before the AP High Court granted him bail today. He will be out in public after October 2018, when the Kodi Kathi incident happened.
