Another Arrest in KCR Family

The BRS ecosystem is rattling in the Congress regime with relentless legal action against those who are facing anti-social allegations. Recently, KCR’s daughter, Kavitha was arrested in the Delhi liquor policy case and now, it is the turn of KCR’s nephew, a Hyderabad-based businessman, Kalvakuntla Thejeshwar Rao alias Kanna Rao to come under the legal jurisdiction.

Kanna Rao is one of the 38 accused in an attempt to murder and land grab case filed by Bandoju Srinivas, the director of OSR Projects. Kanna Rao is accused of trying to forcibly grab 2 acres of land in Adibatla which was originally intended to be developed by OSR projects. He is facing charges of attempting to murder, criminal trespass, causing damage, and using explosive substances.

Adibatla police have now arrested Kanna Rao who is the main accused in the case and he will be remanded shortly. This comes after the Telangana High Court rejected the anticipatory bail petitions filed by Kanna Rao twice in the last two weeks.
