TDP’s MLA Candidate Dr Lakshmi Wins Hearts

TDP Darsi candidate Dr Gottipati Lakshmi’s humanity impressed the electorate in her constituency when she voluntarily performed a Caesearean section on a pregnant woman when she was in a medically critical condition.

Dr Lakshmi was campaigning when she received information that Venkata Ramana, a pregnant woman belonging to Abbayipalem in Kurichedu mandal, was in danger as the amniotic fluid levels were dropping and that the doctors in the village suggested she be shifted to Guntur for better medical care.

By the time her family took a decision it was already late and they were fearing the worst when Dr Lakshmi descended as an angel and performed the Caesarean section at a private hospital in Darsi.

Venkata Ramana and her baby are healthy and under doctor’s care.

If more TDP candidates could display their benevolence and extend a helping hand to the needy at the crucial hour, the TDP+ will certainly win the people’s heart.
