Kejriwal’s Aide Slapped And Kicked Me: AAP MP Swati Maliwal

AAP MP Swati Maliwal filed a police complaint against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar. Swati Maliwal accused Bibhav Kumar of slapping, kicking, and hitting her in the stomach.

Swati Maliwal accused him of physically assaulting her multiple times. She alleges he even beat her with a stick and even on ‘sensitive body parts.’

The AAP MP claims she pleaded with Bibhav Kumar to leave her when he assaulted her on Monday at the CM’s residence. She then came out and called the police.

Additional Commissioner of Police and a team visited Maliwal’s residence to record her statement.

Maliwal later wrote on Twitter, ‘What happened to me was very bad. I have given my statement to the police on the incident that happened to me. I hope that appropriate action will be taken. The last few days have been very difficult for me. I thank those who prayed for me. Those who tried to do character assassination said that she was doing it on the instructions of the other party, may God keep them happy too.’

Earlier Maliwal alleged in a call to the police that she was assaulted when she went to visit Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal at his residence.

Kejriwal, Maliwal, and Bibhav Kumar have known each other for almost two decades. AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh had addressed the media acknowledging that Kumar had ‘Misbehaved’ with Maliwal and that Kejriwal directed strict action against him.
