BJP Very Clear On Portfolios, TDP Might Get Two Or More!

The NDA alliance meeting was held right after the election results day and Chandrababu appeared to be the key member at the meet. The speculation began to make some noise regarding the central cabinet of ministries and BJP seems to be not in a mood to compromise on key positions.

In a probable case, JDU will be getting Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. TDP is likely to get Civil Aviation and Steel, though they proposed Finance, IT, and several other cabinet positions like agriculture.

Strong reports emerge that Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar will be getting Health Ministry. The names of TDP MPs Ram Mohan Naidu and Vemula Prabhakar Reddy are also being heard for other ministries. From AP, Purandewari is likely to get a post in BJP quota.

BJP is heard to be reluctant to give away the crucial ministries to JDU or TDP. BJP is reportedly retaining the Defence, Finance, Home Ministry and Minister Of External Affairs. The national party is also not letting go of Infra, Welfare, Agriculture, Road and Transport, and Railways. Shiva Sena (Eknath Shinde) might get Heavy Industries.

Also, the BJP is likely to keep the Speaker position, though the Deputy Speaker might be given to TDP. Well, that is speculation for now and it has to be seen how the cabinet forms without upsetting the allies.
