There is this famous dialogue in Jr NTR’s Adhurs where he says “Telidu… Gurthu Ledu… Marchipoya” when he is asked certain questions. Incidentally, Mangalagiri police got to hear a similar dialogue today, not from NTR, but from YCP’s Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy.
In connection with the vandalism of TDP office case from 2021, Mangalagiri police called Sajjala for investigation today and the process went on from 10 in the morning to 4 in the evening.
However, as per the media statement from the local CI, Sajjala wasn’t very cooperative with the investigation. Apparently, the YCP top man replied that he isn’t aware of what happened that day, nor did he recall the series of events very well. He reportedly tried to evade many questions in the investigation with the majority of the replies being in the zone of “I don’t remember and I am not aware.”
Sajjala was reportedly asked 38 questions in tune with the incident but he skipped majority of them, it seems. He didn’t even submit his mobile phone to the police upon their request. But it won’t be as easy for him henceforth as the case has been handed over to the CID.
Sajjala was apparently asked about his whereabouts on October 19, 2021, when the TDP office was attacked, was he aware of the attack, and was even confronted by the police that they have proof of his involvement. It has to be seen how the CID will take the case forward henceforth.
