It is known that the government of Andhra Pradesh managed to secure a pavilion at the ongoing World Economic Forum in Davos. Along with the seasoned professional, Chandrababu, the IT minister of AP, Nara Lokesh is also fully in action now.
Coming to the topic now, Lokesh had a busy day at the office on his second day at the Davos summit. Through the course of the day, Lokesh met the representatives of Dassault, Uber, Cisco, Cargill, Philip Morris international, Earnst & Young ( EY), ZF Foxconn, and Mastercard.
The itinerary covered by Lokesh mostly included logistical and sustainable energy driven companies, which is of course in tune with the global theme that has been set for Amaravati. Lokesh has been promoting Amravati as a sustainable project that extensively targets are renewable energy and smart global logistics.
Lokesh had a busy day yesterday as he had hourly meetings with global companies and explained the fast track model that is being implemented by Andhra Pradesh when it comes to approving investments.
While Lokesh was on this duty, other two young ministers, Rammohan Naidu and TG Bharath, where also on a similar mission as they invited automotive and aviation investments.
Main man Chandrababu was reportedly busy meeting senior executives of global giants and securing high level MoUs to the state. He played more of an anchor role and carried a talismanic figure. In tune with this, a national media outlet termed Babu as the “Darling of Davos”.
