KTR Tries To Troll Rahul Gandhi But Backfires

The anticipated Delhi electoral campaign came to an end as the counting was held today. It is now established that BJP is forming the government in Dilli, after 27 years while the incumbent Aam Aadmi government is uprooted.

However, much to everyone’s dismay, the Congress party ended up, drawing a blank in the election. Congress could not even win a single seat out of the existing 70 seats in Delhi assembly elections. This is a historic defeat for the party.

In this context, BRS working president, KTR tried to draw Rahul Gandhi using this electoral result. “Congrats to Rahul Gandhi for winning the election for BJP, yet again! Well done” he tweeted.

KTR was of the implication that the incapability of Rahul Gandhi is what propelled BJP to power in Delhi. He even took a shot at Congress, winning zero seats in the election.

However, this quickly backfired on KTR as Telangana Congress leader started to hit back at the former IT minister.

In response to the tweet posted by KTR, Telangana cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy tweeted “Dear KTR, We, the Congress Party, are fighters—we never give up, and we always bounce back, just like we did in Telangana.”

“We would have congratulated you on your spectacular achievement in the Parliament elections—delivering zero seats for your own party and gifting 8 seats to the BJP in Telangana. If there’s anyone who deserves credit for the BJP’s rise in the state, it’s you. Well done!” Komatireddy stated.

The Telangana Congress Senior stated that KTR himself gifted the 8 MP seats to BJP in Telangana by drawing a blank in the recent elections. He said KTR is to be thanked for BJP’s raise in Telangana.

So, in the end, KTR’s attempt to target Rahul Gandhi and troll him ended up backfiring on his own self.
