Vijayawada Court ordered 14 days remand for YCP leader Vallabhaneni Vamsi.
The other accused Lakshmipati, Krishnaprasad were also sent for 14 days remand.
Police arrested Vallabhaneni Vamsi in Hyderabad and presented him in Vijayawada court on Thursday night.
The arguments went on from 11 pm to 2:15 am and the judge ordered 14 days remand to the accused.
Vallabhaneni Vamsi was arrested in the kidnap case of Satyavardhan who works in TDP office. Police have filed cases under nonbailable sections according to attrocity act.
Vamsi was arrested in Hyderabad and other accused in the case Sivaramakrishna Prasad, Nimma Lakshmipathi were arrested in Vijayawada.
Vamsi was questioned for about 8 hours in Krishna Lanka police station before presenting him to the court.
