Miss World 2025: Contestants Walk Through Old City

The Miss World 2025 pageant officially kicked off in Hyderabad. Contestants from across the globe reached Hyderabad as part of the event. The grand, world-class event began with a Heritage walk through the old city, beginning at the iconic Charminar.

All the contestants were welcomed in traditional Hyderabadi style with vibrant Marfa music. The pictures that they took at the Charminar are currently trending on social media.

‘Forum for a Better Hyderabad’ has organized a heritage walk for the contestants. The program aims to showcase the city’s historical and cultural legacy to the world. As part of this initiative, visitors are guided through key heritage landmarks such as Charminar, Mecca Masjid, Chowmahalla Palace, Banshahi Ashurkhana, Khilwat Mubarak, and the lively Lad Bazaar.

Later in the evening, the group made its way to the majestic Chowmahalla Palace. The contestants were welcomed with the soulful tunes of a Hindustani shehnai performance. A grand dinner was arranged for them at the palace today.

Traffic was restricted in the old city, especially near Charmina and other areas, as part of this special event.
