Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to legendary Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao on his 102nd birth anniversary and said his dreams will be fulfilled.
Modi praised NTR as a champion of the poor and a leader who made Telugu people proud across the world. He said NTR dedicated his life to public service and stood as a strong voice for the underprivileged.
The Prime Minister called NTR an inspiring figure and said he personally draws a lot of motivation from his life. He added that the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh is working towards achieving the goals NTR believed in.
Modi also recalled NTR’s remarkable contribution to cinema and said his legacy continues to inspire generations. He noted that he had remembered NTR even during his recent visit to Andhra Pradesh to restart the Amaravati capital works.
Several film industry personalities also paid their respects to NTR on the occasion.
