Vamsi Finally Gets Bail in All Cases, Release Still Uncertain?

It is already known that former Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi had been arrested in SC/ST atrocity case back in February this year. Post that, he faced multiple cases including the infamous attack on TDP office in Gannavaram, and multiple other antisocial activities.

Now nearly 5 months after the arrest, Vamsi has finally received conditional bill in all the pending cases.

Nuzvid court has granted bail to Vamsi in all the pending cases, meaning he will be let out of prison tomorrow after having spent 5 months there.

However, the Andhra Pradesh government has approached the Supreme Court to cancel the conditional bail that was given to Vamsi. This case will come to hearing at the Supreme Court tomorrow, and this verdict is going to play a crucial role here as well.

As of now, the conditional bail that has been granted to Vamsi mandates him to have a surety for One lakh rupees, and he is also instructed to sign in the register at the local police station twice every week.

It can be noted that Vamsi had earlier been granted medical bail due to prevailing medical condition. However, he was shifted to a nearby hospital momentarily and was later taken back to prison again after he got back to wellness. Now, he has finally managed to grab the bail in all the cases filed against him.

While Vamsi has secured conditional bail in all pending cases, his release tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, as any fresh case or an adverse verdict from the Supreme Court could potentially stall his freedom once again.
