Chandrababu Shares Story of Devotee’s 121 Kg Gold Offering at Tirumala

Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy is one of the wealthiest gods in terms of pilgrim donation and Hundi collections. The kind of donations and offerings that happen at Tirumala is superior to any other place of worship in the country. 

Incidentally, Andhra Pradesh chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has revealed a story about this one particular businessman who has made a significant 121 KG gold donation to Tirumala shrine. 

“There is this one particular business man who wanted to be successful in his business, and so did he. He recently sold 60% stake in his company for $1.5 billion, which roughly converts to 6000-7000 crore. 

He believes Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy is behind the success and donated 121 kg of Gold to the temple. But he wishes to be unnamed. But nevertheless, his significant contribution shows the kind of and believe we have a Tirumala Balaji.” Babu said. 

While we don’t know for certain, who is this wealthy business man who made such a significant contribution to the holy Tirumala Temple, his act of worship is to be noted. Incidentally, Chandrababu revealed that Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy also coincidentally holds 120 kg of gold ornaments every day for decoration.
