It is already known that the Andhra Pradesh cabinet meeting was held under the leadership of chief minister Chandrababu Naidu today. This cabinet meeting gained significance in view of the recent incidents where multiple TDP MLAs were in the news for all the wrong reasons.
Incidentally, there was something peculiar and knew about the cabinet meeting today as Nara Lokesh took up the troubleshooting duties for the first time at an official capacity.
According to Media reports, shortly before the start of the Cabinet meeting, it was Lokesh who debriefed the ministers and addressed a few crucial issues.
In particular, Lokesh reportedly addressed the controversial incidents involving Anantapur MLA Prasad, and Srisailam MLA Rajasekhar Reddy and clearly pointed out that they are at fault with the same. He even pointed out that the recent incidents involving Kuna Ravi and Naseer are also go he dealt with.
It turned out to be that Lokesh was particularly perturbed by the Anantapur MLA’s unnecessary controversy surrounding NTR which has become a major cause of concern for the leadership.
Apparently, Lokesh even touched on the other seven MLAs who had been in the news recently. He reportedly pointed out the chief minister Chandrababu is also furious with these MLAs.
With Lokesh himself taking up the troubleshooting duties, it can be understood that the matter is pretty serious now and CM Babu could be warranting adequate consequences. It is also another sign of Lokesh evolving into a bigger deal in the TDP leadership, which was anyways bound to happen sooner than later.
