CBN Effect: The Fascinating Story Of Andhra Pradesh

Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu, historically has the reputation of being the most visionary and progressive politician in the country. This is evident if you look at the kind of progress that Andhra Pradesh is making under his leadership.

After gross lack of investments and revenue generation under the previous Jagan regime, Andhra Pradesh is back on track now, and this is largely thanks to the iconic image that Chandrababu has.

According to a leading market research company, something fascinating is happening in Andhra Pradesh. Companies across sectors, from clean energy to electronics to oil, keep announcing massive projects here in the state.

Since 2015, AP has grown at nearly 12% annually. Over the last five years, it’s consistently ranked among India’s fastest-growing states. Project commitments worth ₹45,000 crore over the next 5 years show this isn’t accidental.

The special page that is being made by chief minister Chandrababu and IT Minister, NaraLokesh in front of potential investor is the massive workforce that Andhra Pradesh offers. With 250+ engineering colleges and significant contributions towards IIT-JEE toppers, Andhra Pradesh is a big educational hub.

Adding to that, Andhra Pradesh runs on an energy surplus throughout the year and is among the top 10 states in clean energy generation.

With the chief minister, Chandrababu Naidu firmly emphasising on speed of doing business companies are now queuing up to invest in the state. IT Minister Lokesh has made it clear that any company that invest in Andhra Pradesh will have outright support of the government at every level.

With a massive coastline and well executed roadway projects, Andhra Pradesh is at the top of the chain when it comes to easy transportation as well. This is another factor that is coming into.

Subsequently, several energy, automotive, IT and infrastructure companies are lining up in front of the AP project with great aspirations and enthusiasm. This is the kind of difference that a visionary and progressive chief minister like Chandrababu can have in an otherwise struggling state.

The frequent trips to Davos summit, meetings with top executives of Google, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, and others, are all having a cumulative effect here.
