Andhra Pradesh IT Minister, Nara Lokesh is generally very active on social media as he addresses the grievances of the public on priority. Also, he uses social media to encourage and nourish hardworking individuals who fight for a social cause.
Lokesh was back on this duty again, as he appeared to be completely impressed with traffic police constable who displayed great social sense in helping out poor and needy school kids.
Hats off to Penamaluru Traffic Head Constable Venkataratnam Garu for the way he responded. Seeing a few school-going children walking barefoot in the heat, he was deeply moved.
He took all of them to a footwear shop and bought them fitting shoes. As the little ones walked away wearing the shoes, saying “Thank you sir,” the satisfaction that bloomed on Venkataratnam Garu’s face with their gift of innocent smiles is extraordinary, Lokesh tweeted.
With the IT minister himself posting this video on social media, the police constable has received umpteen recognition and he’s being greatly appreciated for his good work. This tweet is going viral and it could thus encourage more hardworking individuals to take up this path in the future.
