One of the prime accused in the Andhra Pradesh liquor scam, Midhun Reddy has finally managed to secure bail after having spent over 2 months in jail.
The latest verdict from the ACB court a few minutes back granted a conditional bail to Midhun Reddy and he will be let out of prison shortly thereafter.
Midhun Reddy has been instructed by the ACB court to mandatorily attend the SIT investigation twice a week whenever prompted. He must also submit a surety of Rs 2 lakh to the court as a part of the conditional bail that’s granted to him.
Midhun Reddy faces several significant allegations including the “cash-only” implementation when it came to the previous liquor policy that was in effect during the YCP administration.
Midhun was arrested in connection with the case back on July 19 and after over two months, he is finally granted the conditional bail by the court.
