After facing severe allegations in the Andhra Pradesh liquor scam and being pointed out as one of the primary perpetrators in this case, YCP MP Mithun Reddy is a free man again. He was recently released from the Rajamandry Jail after the ACB court granted him the bail in the case.
And that is not all either as Mithun Reddy is now set to fly to New York to take part in an upcoming United Nations conclave.
Earlier, Mithun Reddy had to submit his passport at the court after he was arrested in the liquor scam case. He spent 71 days in jail before getting released finally last week. Meanwhile, he is already set to get on his way to New York to partake in the United Nations General Assembly.
Surprisingly enough, Mithun Reddy is one of the parliamentarians selected by the Indian government to represent the country at the UN conclave.
In this context, Mithun Reddy applied for his passport to fly to New York and this was approved by the ACB court earlier.
In the first place, there are several complaints about Mithun Reddy being selected to represent Indian parliamentarians while he is one of the prime accused in the liquor scam. And to drop it off, he readily got his passport approval just days after getting released from jail.
