There is a famous saying in the political corridors, which goes like “A true leader is a person who empowers people to build and grow on their own, and not someone who positions them to follow him all the time.” This was perfectly encapsulated by deputy CM Pawan Kalyan today.
Addressing a massive public gathering, Kalyan perfectly explain the difference between development and welfare as he clearly pointed out his goals for the people of Andhra Pradesh.
The true victory of the government comes only when the percentage of the population requiring welfare schemes goes down. The government must be focused more on employment, creation and social development rather than welfare programmes, Kalyan said.
Kalyan implied that development creates employment opportunities and better living conditions while welfare creates dependence, and suppression. He encapsulated the crucial difference between the two aspects of governments with a simple yet effective terminology and rightly so as well.
Adding further, Kalyan pointed out the chief minister Chandrababu is going through ups and downs but still allocating him funds for development and roadways which is a sign of true leadership.
The deputy CM further pointed out that the youth in the state must be so intricate in politics that any politician who intends to do something wrong must be scared of consequences. He sounded very informative and progressive with his speech today.
