Telangana Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has today come to Undavalli to meet Babu at his Undavalli camp office and gave him a formal invitation to attend the Telangana Rising Summit which Babu seems to have acknowledged it and plans are on for his arrival back to Hyderabad but this time as a chief guest for the event that aims attract investments for the state.
Amidst all the discussion, Komatireddy also addressed his earlier negative comments about Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan.
Speaking to the media today at Undavalli, Komatireddy clarified that those comments were made in a tense political situation and were not aimed at insulting or attacking Pawan Kalyan personally. He said that political statements are sometimes made based on the circumstances. Komatireddy added that he has no personal issues with Pawan Kalyan and that leaders should focus on development and cooperation between both Telugu states instead of creating conflict.
Komatireddy also praised Chandrababu Naidu and said his long-term vision for Andhra Pradesh in 2020 helped shape modern Hyderabad and brought major investments. He said leaders should remember that progress in one Telugu state benefits the other as well.
Misunderstandings or harsh words should not damage peace between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Both states share history, culture and families, so it is important to live with a spirit of brotherhood. Instead of political fights, Komatireddy said both states should work together for development, jobs and better opportunities for the youth, farmers and ordinary people.
