Main complaint against previous CM YS Jagan was his reluctance to spend time with the common public. After developing a mass connect with the masses before 2019, Jagan changed route after becoming CM and deserted the public which showed fatal results in 2024 elections. 

Now the NDA government is doing everything in its power to stay close to the public at every stretch. In fact, they have made it a point to spend time actively with all classes of the population every other week. 

Today, as a part of the government schooling enhancement drive, the top 3 men in charge of the government, Chandrababu, Pawan Kalyan and Lokesh spent time with school going kids. Babu and Lokesh even made time to have afternoon meals with school going kids and interacted elaborately with them. 

Deputy CM Kalyan who is always up for a public conversation also spent time with the government school kids today and spoke at length. 

This is the kind of approachable leadership that the Andhra Pradesh public missed prior to 2024, and it is good to the new government being so very close to all sections of the public day in day out, a neutral observer pointed out.
