Many were forced to prove their ownership all over again, and countless families felt they were being treated unfairly. After returning to power, Chandrababu received thousands of complaints from people who had suffered because of this decision. He made it clear that the government must undo mistakes and bring relief to the people who lost peace due to the A22 decision.

The government will now remove wrongly tagged lands from the A22 list, a move expected to benefit people across the state, including former army personnel and families who faced targeted actions earlier. Chandrababu also ordered a full re survey in thousands of villages to clean up land records and ensure such confusion never happens again.
