Controversy On Grandson With Messi: CM Revanth Responds!

Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy is being appreciated for the way in which the Lionel Messi event was carried out in Hyderabad. The whole event was managed and executed very well, despite the presence of VIPs and CM Revanth himself along with Messi. 

However, a controversy broke out after a picture of Revanth and his grandson with Messi went viral on social media. 

A few people had commented that Revanth misused his power to grab a picture of him and his grandson with Messi while many other children were not given the opportunity to click a picture with the football legend. 

Revanth decided not to react on this matter till now, but he finally addressed the same, and had a very strong reaction.

“I took my grandson for football to encourage sporting spirit in children. We are not roaming around pubs etc like the KCR family. Messi event was a completely private programme. I attended only as a guest.” Revanth pointed out. 

The narrative was built in such a way that CM Revanth used his power to get a picture of his grandson with Messi. But in reality, many other kids could get the opportunity to click a picture with the Argentinian footballer, and this Got established at a point in time. 

After the early backlash, Revanth took his time to react on this issue, and he had a pretty strong reaction to the same.
