Deputy CM and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan addressed party leaders during a key organisational meeting and stressed the need to strengthen the party from the ground level, with a special focus on the Gen Z generation.
Pawan Kalyan made it clear that Jana Sena cannot be built overnight like parties that grew around powerful political families. He said the party must grow through discipline, structure and hard work, both at the grassroots and leadership levels. According to him, the party should stand on its own strength and not depend on shortcuts or inherited power.
Importantly, he revealed that March 14, Jana Sena’s foundation day, will be celebrated with a Gen Z theme. The event will focus on inspiring young people and clearly communicating the party’s vision to the next generation.
He cited Pithapuram as a model constituency, where village and booth committees were formed democratically through voting. Pawan urged leaders to follow the same transparent process across all constituencies and ensure that sincere workers are given responsibility.
The Jana Sena chief also spoke about local body elections, stating that aspirants must understand their roles and responsibilities. He added that steps are being taken to strengthen the powers of sarpanches and improve awareness at the village level.
Pawan Kalyan announced that a major membership drive will begin soon, starting from Pithapuram and extending across the state by March. He said party membership is the foundation of organisational strength.
