Why Revanth Reddy Is Giving Importance to KCR

Telangana CM Revanth Reddy is deliberately giving importance to former Chief Minister and BRS chief KCR. This is not common in politics, especially when KCR is the main opposition leader.

Revanth Reddy understands that KCR still enjoys strong public respect in Telangana. Any disrespect shown to him can easily turn into sympathy and political backlash.

By personally greeting KCR in the Assembly and sending ministers to invite him for events like Medaram Jatara, the Congress government is sending a clear message that KCR is being respected beyond party politics.

Political observers say this is a calculated move. Revanth Reddy wants to avoid giving KCR a sympathy advantage while keeping the political fight limited to policy and governance.

In simple terms, respecting KCR is a strategy to prevent public anger and to keep the political narrative under control, while continuing the rivalry in a controlled manner.
