The chief ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Chandrababu Naidu and Revanth Reddy respectively, have completed the trip to Switzerland as they’ve wrapped up the WEF summit in Davos.
Chandrababu has completed the trip and he is already on his way back to India and will start official duties in Amaravati from 11:30 AM itself.
In the four-day Davos tour overall, he attended more than 36 programmes. He held meetings with representatives from Israel, UAE, and Switzerland.
At the World Economic Forum venue, he met with 16 leading industrialists including ArcelorMittal Chairman Shri Lakshmi Mittal, Google Cloud CEO Shri Thomas Kurian, and IBM CEO Shri Arvind Krishna.
He explained to the industrialists the successes Andhra Pradesh is achieving in sectors such as green energy, artificial intelligence, agriculture, and tourism. He also mingled with the Telugu people in Europe and participated in the Telugu Diaspora programme.
On the other hand, Revanth Reddy’s resolve to present the Telangana Rising 2047 Vision to the global community was successfully fulfilled at the World Economic Forum 2026.
During the three-day visit, Revanth attracted investments in Global Capability Centres, Data Centres, Clean and Green Energy, and the Manufacturing sector. Several Memorandums of Understanding were also signed in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, and other areas.
He will also be arriving in Hyderabad early in the morning tomorrow and join official duties correspondingly.
