Police have registered a case in connection with the attack on former minister Ambati Rambabu’s office and residence in Guntur.
The Pattabhipuram police in Guntur have taken up the case and started investigation. In the FIR, Guntur West MLA Galla Madhavi has been named as A1, while her husband Galla Ramachandra Rao has been named as A2.
Apart from them, a total of 31 TDP leaders and party workers have been booked in the case. The charges relate to the alleged attack and damage caused to Ambati Rambabu’s office and house.
The incident created tension in the area and police are now looking into the details to identify the role of those involved. Further action will be taken based on the investigation.
