Anil Yadav Making Situation Even Worse?

The political equilibrium in Andhra Pradesh is revolving around the Tirumala Laddu issue and the subsequent series of events, recently involving the arrest of Ambati Rambabu. 

In this regard, the YCP has been clearly overreacting and the consequences for the same are being felt at an elevated level now. On one hand, the likes of Byreddy Siddhartha Reddy have been warning extreme violence after YCP returns to power. And now, Anil Kumar Yadav is threatening to amplify the situation further. 

While addressing the media today, Anil had a very problematic series of comments to make as he said Jagan’s rule is going to be much more violent. 

“If Jagan really ran Raja Reddy rule, would any of these NDA leaders been in a position to step out of their houses? Would you have been able to roam freely. The consequences will be fatal next time around.” Anil stated.

It was further added by Anil as he said “let’s set aside the police department and settle the issue face to face between YCP and TDP cadres. Let’s see who will be the last man standing then? I know this isn’t good style of politics but you’ve brought us to this.” 

This is a seriously regressive comment from the YCP leader as he operated on communal hate as these are the kind of divisive comments that could lead to further social unrest in these complex and volatile situations.

It it sad to see a former cabinet minister speak and operate like this on public grounds. Better civic and social responsibility is expected of him, remarked a concerned social media user.
