Lokesh Fires Back at Sakshi with Pushpa Dialogue

There has always been a sharp rivalry between Sakshi and Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh. Over the years, Sakshi has carried several critical reports against Lokesh, and he has publicly countered many of them.

The latest controversy revolves around Lokesh’s private trip to Sri Lanka, where he watched the India vs Pakistan match in the ongoing T20 World Cup. Sakshi aired a report alleging that crores of public money were spent on this foreign trip at a time when Andhra Pradesh is facing financial pressure.

However, an official clarification stated that Lokesh did not use any government funds and that the trip was completely personal, funded by his own money.

Reacting to the allegations, Lokesh responded in a humorous “Pushpa” style. He wrote: “Flight ticket naade… match ticket naade… naa duddu tho match choosthini… nee duddu emaina karchu chesthina Jagan?

The line is inspired by a popular dialogue from the film Pushpa: The Rise, delivered by Allu Arjun. By adapting the dialogue, Lokesh gave a filmy twist to his rebuttal.

The episode has added a lighter, entertaining moment to Andhra Pradesh politics, which is otherwise known for intense confrontations.
