YSR Congress mouthpiece Media publication, Sakshi media is historically known for publishing defamatory content against the members of TDP leadership. This Media channel had been facing significant legal pushback from Nara Lokesh who filed many defamatory cases against Sakshi, but they refuse to back down and still publicize fabricated claims.
And now, Sakshi Media is back in the news again after Heritage foods had filed a massive Rs 100 crore defamation case against this media publication.
Heritage Foods filed a defamation case against Sakshi media for publishing fabricated report linking Heritage with Bole Baba dairy Company, while not presenting the actual proofs for their accusations.
This is in response to the non-stop narrative that Sakshi has been running while trying to implicate Chandrababu’s family run Heritage foods in connection with Tirumala Laddu adulteration case.
In view of the non-stop propaganda that Sakshi was running, Heritage food had approached the Delhi High Court and filed a defamation suit against the media channel.
In response to this, the Delhi High Court instructed Sakshi to take down all the links and reports of this fabricated story linking Heritage with Bhole Baba within 24 hours.
Leading social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, X(Twitter), and Youtube instructed to take action against Sakshi if they don’t voluntarily act on this.
