Will Bhuvaneshwari & Brahmani Act Tough Like Lokesh?

Earlier this week, Heritage Foods knocked the door of Delhi High Court and got an order on Sakshi and certain YouTube Channels to stop malicious propaganda on the company in the issue of Tirumala Laddu adulteration.

YSR Congress and its ecosystem have been trying to drag Heritage to corner Chandrababu Naidu.

The Delhi High Court recently issued an interim order to take down related reports, broadcasts, interviews, debates, or content on Sakshi TV and online platforms (including YouTube) within 24 hours and refrain from publishing, republishing, or disseminating any similar allegedly false, misleading, or defamatory content against Heritage Foods.

Even then, YSR Congress is not relenting. The party leaders are continuing to make such baseless allegations on Heritage Foods which is a listed company.

On Friday, Heritage Foods sent legal notices to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and other YSR Congress Leaders. The Notice seeks immediate Explanation and retraction of False and Defamatory Statements made in Press Meets.

Nara Lokesh is also fighting a legal battle against Sakshi for a defamatory article on him. Lokesh filed a ₹75 crore defamation suit against Sakshi newspaper, its editor, publisher, and reporters in the Visakhapatnam District Court.

The case stems from an allegedly false and defamatory report published by Sakshi on October 22, 2019, which he claims was based on fabricated facts and intended to damage his reputation. He is seriously pursuing the case by attending multiple cross examinations. But Sakshi and YSR Congress did not mend their ways. We will have to see what happens after the defamation case!

Heritage Foods is a listed company and it should seriously pursue cases like this but there is always lenience when it comes to Politically-motivated statements.

We will have to see if Nara Bhuvaneshwari and Nara Brahmani who are leading Heritage Foods act tough like Lokesh.
