Did Babu & Pawan Corner Him Too Much?

The Ruling and Opposition Sides have taken the Laddu Adulteration issue so seriously. In fact, they tried to move political narrative one pillar to another bringing various issues.

TDP and Janasena cornered YSR Congress with the NDDB Report of presence of Animal Fat in the Ghee used for Laddu Preparation. What happened next is the mother of Political Propaganda. Citing SIT report, YSRCP tried to push its way saying Adulteration has happened but there is no Animal Fat.

They tried to gain upper hand even though the SIT said the Ghee was prepared without milk. And then, they tried to drag Heritage into the issue by trying to link the company to a tainted supplier, Indapur.

However, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan took the matter in hands and organized a debate in the Assembly. They clarified everything in detail and ensured that the matter is not diverted.

Jagan Mohan Reddy chose not to come before the Press after the Assembly and decided to deal it in another way. The very next day, he took part in idol consecration ceremony at Nandeeswara temple at Vempalle, Pulivendula Constituency. He took part in all the religious activities and made sure that the pictures and videos of the rituals were spread in the social media and media. This is Jagan’s way of trying to appease the Hindus, says critics.

It is no secret that Jagan’s family practise Christianity. Moreover their family is into Evangelism. The popular belief in Andhra Pradesh is that conversions were rampant during YSR’s regime and Jagan’s regime. So, it is hard to hide the bias when it comes to religion. But then, Jagan has come up with this idea of impressing the Hindus by participating in Hindu Rituals. We have seen him go to Tungabadhra, Krishna, and Godavari Pushkaralu. Two of these are while he was in the Opposition.

He avoids giving declaration in Tirumala not to accept Christianity. Only issue in this entire religious management is that his wife Bharathi refuses to cooperate to this theatrics and so, the Opposite parties question about her absence.

So, Jagan resorts to same theatrics to give a proper closure to the Laddu issue. We will have to see if the Public really buys this!
