Strict Cabinet Reshuffle Must For Sending A Strong Message!

Chandrababu Naidu’s Government is completing two years in Office this Summer. The reports of a Cabinet Reshuffle are already doing rounds in the Media.

TDP lost 2019 mainly because of its some inefficient MLAs. Even though the People were satisfied with Chandrababu Naidu, they were not happy with the local leadership. Resulting in a massive failure.

Chandrababu Naidu is careful these days. Even before one year completion, we have been hearing the Chief Minister warning about the workstyle of some MLAs and Ministers.

The CM is repeatedly rapping some of them on the grounds of non-performance. Some MLAs are not changing their ways even after repeated warnings.

In a recent party meeting, Naidu revealed that about six months ago he had expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of nearly 40 MLAs. But around fifteen of them improved their functioning after repeated warnings. Naidu indicated that four to five MLAs may soon face disciplinary action.

We do not know what exactly the disciplinary action means. The MLAs can not be sacked because if that happens, we will have By-elections and that will complicate the Political Climate in the State. Something like that never happened in the past.

Chandrababu Naidu spared Tiruvur MLA Kolikapudi Srinivasa Rao beyond the limit as he feared unnecessary complications considering caste equations. This may have even emboldened some of the ruly MLAs.

The Cabinet Reshuffle is a Perfect Way to send a stern message. Naidu should go for a massive rejig if necessary and axe some non-performing Ministers. Only then, a message will be sent that there will be no room for complacency.

Media Channels are reporting that the reshuffle may happen around Ugadi. That means a few days to go.
