United States president, Donald Trump waged an elongated war with Iran that lasted nearly 40 days and finally there’s a ceasefire agreement in place now. And now we have the twist of the day as Donald Trump has planned something extremely unexpected.
The United States president has communicated that he is ready to partner with Iran for a joint venture at the Strait of Hormuz. He communicated that this is a way of securing the waterway passage.
While partaking in an interview with ABC News, President Donald Trump appeared to endorse a condition by Iran in last night’s ceasefire that allows them to charge tolls on ships transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
Apparently, Trump stated that the fees structure may by a “joint venture” between Iran and the United States as Iran is considering charging $1 per barrel starting soon.
“We’re thinking of doing it as a joint venture. It’s a way of securing it, also securing it from lots of other people. It’s a beautiful thing.” Trump stated in the interview.
If this actually happens, then Trump and Iran would be launching a joint venture by charging money for oil trade at the Strait of Hormuz.
After fighting military grade battles for five weeks where army bases and public places were attacked and bombed, this is the last thing that people expected from Iran and USA.
